Ordering Process
- Customers should refer to the provided size charts to determine their correct size for all fashion items.
Payment
- Payment for all Mode Lagos products is due at the point of checkout.
- We have various secure payment methods as indicated at checkout, including credit/debit cards, mobile money, and bank transfers.
- Payment on delivery not available.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on the customer’s location, both within Nigeria and internationally.
- Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs, duties, or import taxes based on their country’s tax laws.
- Customers are responsible for any shipping or delivery charges.
- Customers should inspect the items upon delivery and report any damage or issues within 24 hours.
Returns and Exchanges
- For ready-to-wear items, we accept exchanges within 24 hours of receiving the order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original unused condition with tags attached.
- For custom orders, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, as these are tailored to the customer’s specifications.
- Accessories and other fashion items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.
- Mode Lagos will not arrange pickup for items being returned. Customers are expected to ship or bring the product to our physical store at Yaba, Lagos.
- Items bought on sale are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Return will usually be processed upon arrival at the store. Once the return has been approved and completed, we will issue a Return Notification.
- You may exchange for another item after the returned item is approved. If the exchange item’s price is higher than the original item being returned, you will need to pay the price difference.
Limitation of Liability
- Mode Lagos assures accurate product quality for all items.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
Cancellations and Alterations
- Orders can be altered by changing sizes or styles before they are dispatched, but after payment, cancellation is not possible.
